The program at K.F Montessori Child Care LLC is inspired by the “Montessori method” of the Italian physician, educator, and pedagogue Maria Montessori, which focuses on the holistic development of the child, including academic, social, emotional, and physical aspects through a prepared environment that allows exploration and independent discovery by the child, along with sensory and didactic materials designed to be manipulated and self-corrected, promoting self-directed learning according to their interests, learning pace, responsibility, and autonomy.
